National Auto & Home Service Co. Warranty & Service Contract Administration
Home Programs

Home warranty administration.

When a furnace quits or a water heater lets go, the program behind the brand has to move: triage, dispatch, decide, repair, settle. That machinery is what NAHSC runs.

Scope of Administration

What we handle on every home program.

Service requests

Homeowners reach an intake team that confirms the agreement, captures the failure, and sets expectations for dispatch before the call ends.

Dispatch & network

Requests routed to licensed, insured contractors in our service network — plumbers, HVAC technicians, electricians, and appliance specialists — matched by trade and territory.

Coverage decisions

The contractor’s diagnosis is reviewed against the agreement’s terms. Covered repairs are authorized; anything declined is explained in the agreement’s own language.

Repair or replace

Where the agreement provides it, failed systems and appliances are repaired — or replaced when repair isn’t economical — per the program’s terms and limits.

Settlement

Network contractors are paid directly on completed, verified work. Homeowners aren’t left fronting money and chasing reimbursement for covered repairs.

For Brand Partners

The back office your home brand stands on.

Home programs live or die on dispatch speed and contractor reliability. We treat the contractor network as a first-class asset — vetted going in, measured throughout, and paid on time — because that is what your customer experiences.

Network stewardship

Licensing and insurance verified at onboarding; workmanship, timeliness, and customer marks tracked over the life of the relationship.

Seasonal readiness

Staffing and network depth planned around the calendar — HVAC surges in July, heating failures in January — not discovered by them.

Transparent files

Every request, decision, and settlement documented in one file your brand can review at any time.
